Due by date, miles, hours, or both
A service can repeat on the calendar, on usage, or on whichever comes first. Miles stay miles. Hour-meter equipment, such as a boat or a mower, is tracked in hours. Leftover dates or readings from the other measurement do not decide whether the job is due.

Each item is labeled overdue, due soon, or upcoming, so status is not carried by color alone.
The visit, not just the interval
When you log the work, you can record the date, the mileage or hours, whether you did it or a shop did, the cost, the parts, and a note for next time. Photos and a receipt can stay with that visit. The full history for a vehicle can be downloaded as a PDF.
A schedule from the manual, after you review it
If you upload an owner’s manual you are allowed to keep, EverRestore can propose services from that book. You choose what to apply. It does not create the schedule until you confirm.
